We do require payment in full at time of placing order(s); events are not confirmed until payment has been received. Payments are non-refundable, only transferrable to future orders, and will be subject to the current pricing. If a client is needing to reschedule the delivery/event date, we can apply store credit to future orders providing that notice is given at least 7 days prior to event. If client is cancelling or rescheduling event within 7 days from event, there will be no cancellations or credits issued and payments will be forfeited.

We deliver throughout most of the Dallas Metroplex region; please check our map and zip code chart for locations to be sure that we can serves you. Our morning route delivers bouquets from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Our afternoon route delivers from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Same day and non-standard delivery times are by request only and are subject to availability and additional charges will apply. We can deliver to most places within the Dallas Metroplex area, but some locations do have restrictions or prohibitions balloons to be delivered. Check first to ensure that we can deliver to your chosen location. We cannot be responsible for a recipient’s inability to receive deliveries and will charge the full delivery fee for such unexpected deliveries. Here are some guidelines that may help.
We recommend ordering balloon decor pieces at least a week in advance to give us time to build the piece and to ensure that we have time to get the proper balloons without incurring rush charges. Delivery and set-up charges will vary based on the nature of the job, but we’ll be happy to quote you an estimate at any time. We can also quote you a price for removal of the decor when your event is over. Most balloon pieces are designed based on client removal.
At Balloons Everyday, we use the top names in balloon suppliers such as Qualatex, Kaleidoscope, Tuf-Tex and colorful Betallic to keep your balloon bouquet or sculpture looking beautiful for as long as possible. You can expect foil and plastic balloons to float for up to two weeks. Our latex balloons will last longer than conventional balloons from the grocery or party store. We can also treat balloons larger than 9 inches with Hi-Float to keep them afloat longer. This specially designed sealant will keep balloons afloat five times longer than untreated balloons. Our balloon decor will last for the length of your celebration and in most situations longer then you can imagine.
We guarantee that we will deliver your order as specified to the destination you choose within the time frame you specify. If we don’t live up to our promise, we’ll offer a full refund within 24 hours of your letting us know. It’s rare, but if you should spot a defect in a delivered balloon arrangement, we’ll send out a new one within 24 hours
